2023We start by watching someone do the job without the software, or with the software they hate. That usually settles most of the arguments about scope before anyone opens a design file.
Then we build the real thing in the browser. Static mockups hide every problem that only shows up at the third screen.
Engagements run four to ten weeks. We hand over components and the reasoning behind them, not a folder of pictures.
We take three projects a year. If the calendar is full we will say so in the first reply rather than the fourth.
